"No two baroque pearls are the same — that's not a bug, that's a feature. I've always loved freshwater pearls because every single one looks different, and that's more interesting than perfect. The knot on top is the kind of detail you notice when someone is talking to you and you can't quite figure out why the earring looks so good."

"The pearl strand is the mala, the butterfly is the intention. The mala does the job of the subtle backdrop, not competing with the butterfly at all. And the butterfly with the pearl drop.. well, isn't it just eye-catchy?"

"I've always been drawn to elements that look like they belong somewhere else - on a dinner table, in a bazaar - not necessarily in a jewellery box. Breaks the pattern. These look like dates and I think that's exactly why I love them."

"Drop earrings are the one style I keep coming back to — they move, they catch light, and they don't require a special occasion. Among the cleanests versions I've found."

Notes from the founder:
"The horseshoe is one of the oldest good luck symbols in the world and I didn't overthink it — I just liked the shape and the way the baroque pearl hangs from it. Every pearl is different, which means every pair is technically one of a kind."

Notes from the founder: "One pearl is classic. Three pearls on a chain is a whole mood. The gold connectors between them are doing quiet but important work — without them it's just pearls, with them it's a earring that has a rhythm to it.”
